Wont Refund, Tried very hard for me to take a refurbished notebook that was messed up already and they wanted to send me more ram and i install it but the 1 they sent me was defective

Dell tried to mulnipulate and wants you to keep there defective products. Dell knows the problems and wants to fix it but not to your satifaction only to theres. Dell is trying to hold you off till the expireing date

Dell will not refund or replace your NEW notebook with a new notebook only Refurbished. Dell finds all ways to make you keep the original product and dont care what you go thru

Dell Convinces you the product is ok and will say they will help you but they make things worst
