I purchased this horsepower DV7 amusement notebook when I have usually possessed HP products, sadly that one is just a problem child. It's failed daily and so I visited basics plus they did nothing and did not care, I began subsequently with HP assistance and that I needed to display the bios with this new notebook and so I did also it assisted a little but nonetheless failed frequently as this really is eligable for Windows - 7 free update plan and that I am convinced that the brand new OS may help and after I submitted evidence of buy a backup of the reciept and resume cover letter they refused me and also have not answered to why different a mistake i created about the day but i posted evidence and contains been annoying to express minimal. Who must I contact for aid does anybody no? Please discuss...
