I am very disappointed and upset with my Hewlett-Packard Pavilion notebook

I'm really dissatisfied and annoyed with my Hewlett Packard Pavilion laptop. I bought it on 12/30/09 and instantly the remaining base switch was shaky, within 2 weeks the battery was poor onto it. Subsequently within 5 weeks, the ability adapter wire went negative. I survive my very own, no body else uses this pc and contains been looked after perfectly. To possess these issues FAIL is extremely annoying.
