Don't purchase a pc safety strategy from Micro Heart! Rip-Off! I bought a PC in July and had an issue with-it annually later. I required aid and was moved around FOR 2 Hours after which they disconnected me. Subsequently, I had been informed that my safety strategy ended the month before. Really? I collected my paper-work and had bought a three-year strategy; I still had 2 yrs left onto it. Today, I'd togo through the trouble of having a brand new state # etc. Once again. After operating now eating gauntlet, all over again I had been informed it had been a application issue plus they could not help me. I got the pc elsewhere and discovered it it had been the drive. Like a customer, it was the TOUGHEST experience actually!!! Save your self the problem and also the cash, DON'T BUY A SAFETY PLAN FROM MICRO HEART! Terrible, absolutely the worst! FRAUD along with a RIPOFF!
