Criticism Information:

I've two laptop pcis that were in perfect condition. I chose to put a brand new install of windows vista on both laptops by pressing the "f11" key that will be system recover. Both computers wouldn't enter the system recover since the software was damaged because of horsepower. I put an order to get a group of restore disks for both pcis. I obtained the restore drives nowadays monday august 10. After i put the restore disks within the methods both pcs created a bluescreen declaring "irq equivalent or less" today both systems were working fine but when i previously mentioned i needed to place a brand new install of landscape about the pcs since after time the methods require a new mount. I approached hp service and the customer service representatives mentioned that i'd have to pay for 800 bucks for both laptops since it is just a equipment matter using the bios. Both systems were working fine before restore drives were placed in the methods. One system is under a guarantee alternative since horsepower acknowledged that there was a problem with this pc. Another was in perfect condition but i thought identification location a brand new install with this computer aswell. The client service representative wouldnt use me to fix the problem that was caused from the restore drives. Laptop 1: hp pavilion dv6775us - leisure laptop sequential number: cnf7607ylx p/n: kc412ua#aba issue: restore drives triggered a mistake to computer and today i'm unable to utilize this computer while it was in perfectly working condition prior to the restore disk was placed laptop 2: hp pavilion notebook dv2310us sequential number: 2ce7102z4v p/n: rv322ua#aba issue: this computer was submitted to horsepower repair and the motherboard was replaced because of horsepower remembering laptop simply because they had many customers with the problems. It was less than this past year and that i needed to continuously contact horsepower to make sure that this laptop was set. Today i tried performing a clean install about the notebook computer and that i am told that there's a equipment matter with this specific computer as-well. I'd like equally laptop pcis to be shipped and identified with respect to horsepower. I possess more than 7 laptops with horsepower and also have had only poor customer care with any conditions that have ever arised. I'd like a brand new install of landscape to be placed on both laptops thanks to horsepower since this problems were due to their restore disks and that i want an apology from hewlettpackard. I'd also like the price of both restore drives acknowledged back to my account as this has been one hassle after another
