Daily promises to call regarding service issues. We figured out early on that call center technicians are taught to string the customer along with empty promises until the customer gives up. They didn't count on me. YOUR PRODUCT FAILED! The product you offered with a one-year warranty failed six months in! And you are stonewalling me over an $80 printer!!! Unbelieveable!!!
I had major car issues and worked with Toyota to a very acceptable conclusion. I will not hesitate to recommend the dealership and the automaker to everyone.By the same token, I am using every method available (blogs, websites, email, mass mailings) to get the word out to other consumers: HP Technical Support is deceptive and a waste of time and money. Take your business elsewhere.
