Helpful and Patient Help Line Agent Set Up Wireless Printing

Bought a hp officejet 6000 printer yesterday and had trouble making it work wireless with my two Macs. Debbie on the help line worked with me for about two hours and was very understanding and patient. She deserves a ata girl from Hp and an incentive award.
