I don't think they even took the computer from the box. Today i've to fight them again this time around i'm gong to go to california state for consumer protection plus various other government agencies and prevent fraud sites.

Please take note horsepower doesn't honor their warrantees whenever you buy their items, alternatively their customer care reps are directed to talk you into purchasing tech support team coverage for 149 dollar each year. Here is the whole con they. It's not economical to allow them to fix a pc they sold for $800 bucks unless they get more money for the technical support.
