Purchased a "adorable" notebook in July August like a college present for my child. It is a 3300 series notebook. It had been lacking its 5-in-1 card reader in the beginning and that I named the techsupport. You know what? They needed me to send a duplicate of the bill for them. Well, were 5,000 kilometers abroad, on journey. Did not get any support from their website. I thought it out myself. 2 yrs later, the computer crapped out. Useless. Appears like the drive quit. Paid $800 for it, so itis $400 each year for this bit of garbage notebook having a bad techsupport. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THE COMPUTERS! They're only substandard craps!
