I ordered a halloween constume on Sep 3rd. Today is Oct 23rd. I checked my bank statement, and they have clearly taken the amount I owed them out. I don't however see what I ordered; I never got it. I have ordered from them before, and gotten my merchandise, but this time I didnt. A friend told me to google their name to see if I could get a number, and this consumer complaints.com popped up with many stories like mine. I e-mailed them, and they told me that due to so many e-mails, they cannot continue shipping merchandise, which makes NO sense to me. I am upset that I put trust in a company, and I got treated unfairly. Do not purchase from this site. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
