I have purchased two laptop computers from Gateway in the past year, and the Tech Support is a joke! When you call their tollfree number, you always get a different person, and each Tech tells you to do something completely different. You are never allowed to speak with a Supervisor, all you are told is one will return your call, and of course, they never do. My first laptop was in the shop 4 different times for the same problem, and finally, Gateway sent me another laptop after the old one finally died, and now this new one is nothing but a big headache!
Nothing works properly, and when you call Support Tech, you get a run around and nothing is solved, so you end up with a piece of crap. STAY away from Gateway computers, they do not stand behind their products, and you can never get help with a problem of any type!!
