Averatec guarantee assistance does not appear to do something.
I bought an Averatec 2370 from Staples about six months before. Many months into use, the drive began producing running sounds and documents were damaged. I saved and went the Hitachi Drive Analytical which established the push was faulty.
I called tech support team, the established the notebook was under guarantee and had me deliver it in. They stated they'd deliver it back out in 7-10 business days after delivery.
per month later I began composing them, looking for out where my notebook was. Their online issue system established they'd obtained it and identified it like a poor drive.
After many emails, I eventually noticed back from the repetition stating these were out-of hard disk drives (?!?) and anticipated a cargo quickly.
It Is now been over 8 weeks without any indication of my notebook returning. Avoid Averatec / MSI Calculate
