I purchases an Averatec laptop from Staples. Several months later, the hard drive failed. Averatec forced me to pay a huge shipping fee to send it to its so-called repair facility. Weeks and weeks have passed and I have not recieved my laptop back... Averatec's excuse: "We order all our parts from China. You'll have to wait until your part comes in as we are so backed up. You should have a spare laptop for situations like this."
