I purchased an HP deskjet all in one 3052A printer on 12/23. It has a 1 year warranty on it and I also purchased the extra warranty from Walmart. My HP printer stopped working and will not respond. I called Hewlett Packard and after they kept me on the phone for over an hour, the person said that they could not help me because I do not have a credit card number to give them. I called Walmart and they said that they can't do anything for me because the HP warranty is still good on my printer. I called HP back and the person after another hour the person said that HP is not going to honor my warranty because I do not have a credit card. So, basically I have an HP printer that will not work and HP nor Walmart will do anything to help me.
