On October 23 a person who came to my apartment, days before she came over, she said that it is about a tutorial program for my son, we thought that it was from school. Anyway, this person came and told us about the program after 1 and half hour she finally said that a software is on sale a free computer, she asked for a down payment and she said that one week after the check is cashed they will send me the software and the computer. Two weeks later I had received the software, but so far i have only received the software. I called Maria Elena, the sales person, she said that the computer was on the way but never got it. Two weeks later, I called her again and said that the orders were slow and to wait one more week, but again never got it. So I called the office in atlanta and they told me that what she said was not right and i should wait 4 months to get the computer I felt I was lied to and I asked to return them the software and they don't want the software back and told me i have to wait 4 months to get the computer, i call every week and they tell me the same thing that i should wait 4 months for the computer and they don't want the software back. Today I am still fighting to return those software and they don't want to give me all my money back. Please help me I don't know what else to do.
