I ordered an Office 2010 Professional Plus from TopSoftDiscount.com (O Sretailer) on 24 Jan 14. I used the link provided on the instruction email on 25 Jan 14, the installation went fine but the activation process did not work at all. I tried online and by phone, "product key not valid". I've sent a total of 4 emails to the company since they don't have a telephone number with their contact information. I did see an 800 number in the legal notice link that connects you with Tiger Direct. They can't help you because they do not recognize the order reference information that TopSoftDiscount (O Sretailer) has provided to you. You can provide Tiger Direct with all the information that you provided TopSoftDiscount (O Sretailer) when you placed the order and they still can't find your order/information. I provided a copy of order invoice from TopSoftDiscount (O Sretailer) to Tiger Direct customer service (forwarded invoice email) and no response or help with this issue. It's been five days since my initial message was sent for support. Buyers be aware of this online site (topsoftdiscount.com) (o sretailer)
