My yahoo business account fell into arraears in dec. They suspended the account and re-instated it after making paymet. Though nothing had changed on the domain and email addresses, they destroyed all the emails received before suspension. The account was like a new account. Now this being business emails i feel it is a very cruel act on yahoo business mail side. How can they sell us business mail accounts, and they fail to treat it as such? Why destroy the emails on suspension? The account used to make the payment is the same, and i feel they should know as business people themselves how important the business emails are. All accounts do fall in arrears now and again, but i don't think that as owners of the accounts in arrears we deserve that iron fist from them. I feel they are the most inconsiderate people in the world!!! Every year in november and december, we receive emails from suppliers with the following year pricelist, we have lost all that because they destroyed it. I feel so bitter and badly treated. No-one answers the phone if call them, once i got through but dropped while being transferred to the 'right' dpartment after holding on close to an hour, calling from rsa
