Well, I finally broke down and got a very new, very expensive computer. Best buy 'let me' buy a year of technical support from them for $100. They call them the Geek Squad. I uselessly tried to call once and I don't want to hurt someone's intelligence but I don't think she even had the sense to say, hold on, and give me to another tech support. So now, my year is almost up and I've taken my HP ENVY m6 back into the store 4 or 5 times. It seems evertime they say it's fixed, it works for about a month or two and something major goes wrong.
Corruption is one word this computer keeps spouting at me and I have security and keep it current.
Do they have lemon laws for Computers and the companies that sell them. Why is it these companies only stay so long and they are out. Big Harrys, Electric City... Blahblahblah... What am I gonna do? I don't have enough to spend as much as I did on this one.
