When i tried to get a new phone service after my contract was over they tried to say i made a verbal contract
I have had t-mobile for a year my contract has been up for about 2 months. I wanted to get a cheaper family plan and when i called t-mobile about 3 or 4 months ago they said i had to renew another contract soon to add another phone. Then they turned my phone off saying that i owe them 200 dollars ...
