Failed to add features to phone and acknowledged malfunctioning phone but still charges $900 in overages

I was hoping someone can help me with this situation. I have been using T-Mobile for 4 years now and rarely have a problem but when I do it's a HUGE problem.

Recently my razor has been malfunctioning by dropping calls, connecting to T-Zones on it's own, taking pictures and calling out. This resulted in 513 1 minute calls (not to mention the 2 minute calls or even more such as when it dials my voice mail by mistake).

OK. I can deal with that. The problem is I had mobile to mobile plus several other features on my phone until I changed my plan last month. The rep added all of my other features accept the mobile to mobile so I have 1050 mobile to mobile minutes billed at $. 35 per minute and 800 normal overage minutes.

I used my phone a lot in the past month so 300 or 400 minutes worth of overages is understandable but T-Mobile refuses to acknowledge their error. They keep saying "well it's not in the notes". Well if it were in the notes it would be added to the service!!! If the rep forgot to add it then why would it be in the notes? Furthermore all of my other features are "not in the notes" but yet they are still on my plan.

So now I'm faced with either paying this $900 bill (for one line. That is not including the other $400 I pay for the other three lines) or having a serious blotch on my credit. They FINALLY sent me out a new phone after 6 calls requesting a new one and agree the problem is software related and agree my phone has been dialing out on it's own due to this software malfunction.

I spent 3 hours on the phone with them today speaking to everyone from the customer service management to the account closure management. I have a total of 4 phones and pay them about $500/month but the extra $900 a month is worth them losing a long time customer over.

What sense does this make? They credited me $85 because now they tell me, yes, I had mobile to mobile before but when I changed my rate plan I no longer had "unlimited" mobile to mobile I only had 500 minutes of mobile to mobile but since their reps failed to add this to the notes they credited me for 250 mobile to mobile minutes.

I've got a big head ache. What can I do? It sickens me to have to pay this bill. Even if I had the extra money I wouldn't send it to them. But how do I keep it from effecting my credit???

I find out today from the attorney general that they have 14,000 unhandled complaines with the BBB and I'm seeing hundreds of rip off reports. With so many people getting ripped off there has to be SOMETHING we can do about this!
