I had T-mobile service for about two years. Started a new job in Claremont, Ca and was unable to get service @ work or surounding area. Called T-moble and mad a complaint that I can't get service and they were to return call.
Oct called them to see if they had figured out why no service and explained that i was unable to call out @ work one day when an Edlery Patient had fallen. I asked if they can let me out of my contract, supervisor said he would get back to me. If they felt that their was no service or poor service that they would not charge the early term fees.
Never got a call back, called again to have the supervisor call me and ended my service. Was still charged the fees and now I was sent to collections cause I never recv'd a call. About 2-3 weeks ago I called T-mobile and argee about the bill and was told that NOW they are putting up a tower in the Claremont area 5 months later!!!
