Sears is the worse company ever. I do not even know how they are in business. The hassles I have experienced have set me back two weeks and still no service. First, i call to get an appointment i'm scheduled for "next Saturday", okay great. Friday cones i get a confirmation call, great. Saturday comes no call and no show - I call them 2hours before the window closes they say you are next. I call them after the window closed they say you were called to reschedule, they left a voicemail — no call, no voicemail. I reschedule to their recommended date, a week day and the morning window. The DAY OF I get an AUTOMATED voicemail asking me to reschedule because they have a shortage of trucks. First of all why set an appointment and know you cant make it. Secondly, if it takes this much hassle to get a service, it is probably just as crappy. Needless to say I am not making a THIRD appointment for a no-show.
