No Show 3 Times in a Row - No avenue to reach a live person. 831-216-1212

No Show for 3 Consecutive Appointments. Disappointed with the responsiveness and customer service I have received from Sears Garage Door Services. The listed number reaches a answering machine at all time — 831.216.1222.

I had a confirmed appointment for a Garage Door Tune-up/Assessment and other recommended repairs for the afternoon of 6/17 which resulted in a No Show, received a call from Christine@Sears 2 hours passed the appointment time to reschedule for 6/20.

6/20 Afternoon resulted in a No Show - received a call from Christine@Sears at noon to reschedule for a morning appointment on Friday between 8 and 9 AM
6/21 Morning - No show and No calls. I left a message and have not received a call back.

Disappointed with the service I have received from an established organization like Sears. No consideration for my time and inconvenience caused for having to take time away from work.
