Out of town for our anniversary and wanted to be sure flowers were sent to my wife in the morning. Paid extra for guranteed morning delivery. Never showed up. My wife got a call from a florist 300 miles away in the afternoon trying to find our house. I called FYF, and after 15minutes, they couldn't understand what happened, but agreed to refund my money. They should have at least offered something else for the trouble they caused. Very disappointing!!!
