Well I order flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary to be delivered in the morning. I paid the extra for morning delivery. The flowers finally showed up 8pm that night. When we opened the box the flowers were dying and wilty. So I called and called and finally talked to someone. They told me to email them a picture of the flowers and I did then I called them back immediately. They told me I couldn't get a refund. They said cause of the condition of the flowers they would bring new flowers the next day to my girlfriend. I said ok. They also told me they would put it in a vase for me for the inconvience. The next day we waited and waited and 9 pm at night pasted and nothing. So I called the next morning complaining how I never even got any flowers. I asked them for a refund cause my anniversary has already pasted. They told me they cant do nothing about it. Pretty much I paid $60 dollars for these crappy dead flowers. Honestly beware to anyone who buys flowers from these people. Worst service I have ever had. I will be contacting my lawyer. I don't care how long it takes. I am taking this company down. They have no respect nothing... Poor service. Wont refund me or bring me the flowers they said.
