I placed my order on May 3rd for Mother's Day. I chose Friday the 10th for delivery. I thought it strange I hadn't received a thank you phone call by late in the afternoon. When I called to ask when they were going to be delivered the customer service rep said, "If you wouldn't have called we would have never noticed that your order was accidentally cancelled, and unfortunately we can't deliver anything until Monday." They then offered me $10 off my next order. I was so mad I was shaking. I asked them how a company that's only function is to deliver flowers can't manage to deliver flowers. I then asked to speak to a manager for a refund and was told in 3 days I would receive my refund. I asked why then it only took 3 seconds for them to take my money, cancel my order, then not inform or refund me. She again offered me $10 off. I yelled until my throat hurt and received not only a refund but also the flowers to be sent on Monday for free. Sounds great, but wait... On Monday late afternoon I received a phone call saying that they could not deliver the flowers on Monday after all. (Keep in mind I've had a 65 year old woman sitting at home waiting for a flower delivery since Friday morning) I have never in my life had this much trouble ordering anything on line, much less flowers. I placed my order on May 3rd, the flowers finally arrived on May 15th in a closed box shipped through Fed EX rather than delivered by a florist. Do not use this company!!! Call a local florest in the town you%u2019re delivering to directly!!!
