Do not order flowers from Abbott Florist. The website looks great the flowers Look Great, but they deliver old flowers and will not make good on them. I ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary and they were delivered with the flowers open and wilted. I called their only phone number and they said they would send a message to the florist. The next day nothing happened, no phone call, e-mail or new flowers. I called again they said they can see the call info but asked for all the info again anyway, and said it would be resolved the next day. The next day i called early and they said they see all the calls but don't know why they had not responded, again asked for all the info. This time they put another person on the line who proceeded to tell me they were going to refund my money since it was too late in the week to deliver new flowers, minus the 10.99 delivery fee since the flowers were delivered after all. I told them I should have recieved a discount and new flowers and she said i was told to tell you we will refund your money minus the delivery fee. When i told her i needed to speak to a manager, she told me the lady diana was the manager and she had already decided to give me my money minus the delivery fee and i did't need to talk to her. I sked for a person above diana she said diana was the only manager and no one was obove her. Again i told them i needed a complete refund she replied she would send the message and hung up.
