I bought a 2011 Ford Expedition, new, six months ago. I recently noticed that the metal framework, that the dashboard attaches to, it covered in rust. I took it to Champion Ford and they took photos and sent them to Ford. Ford came back and said that it wasnt covered by warranty. They said it had to perforate the metal to be covered. I calle Ford Consumer Assistane and they told me the same thing. Since rust doesnt stop, by the time the metal has holes in it, the entire dashboard will be ruined. This is BS! I am a 100% disabled combat veteran and Ford is going to treat me like this?
