The local owner of the dealership is upset with my survey results and has stated they will no longer service my vehicle! I was honest on my survey and will tell the story to any leader within Ford Motor company that will address the issue. I love fords and have always bought Ford vehicles! I would like someone to explain to me why I should continue to support this company when I have been mistreated by one of your dealerships! Is this the way that Ford does business???
