Credit Acceptance Corporation - AKA CAC And The Car Dealer, Wyoming Auto Group
Credit Acceptance Corporation AKA CACCredit Acceptance Corporation AKA CAC And The Car Dealer, Wyoming Auto Group Rude, Ruthless, Ripoff, Repo-ed a car that quit on us the first day

I purchased a ford explorer with 2000.00 down with a warranty agreement. Was called back the day after the car was fixed by the Wyoming Auto Group (the dealer). I drove the car off the lot to the grocery store and it would not start again. Wy. Auto Group fixed the car saying it was the starter. They canceled the warranty and made us resign our agreement and I told them I did not want the car without a warranty especially after the prior incident. They refused to take the car back and also refused the warranty and told us there was nothing we could do.

The brakes went next the car shimmied and then stopped and never started again. We were still makeing payments and tring to get the car fixed but each time it would leave us stranded. Finally, I got the car started and took the car over to the lot where I bought it. I did not make it the whole way but I took the keys to the dealer that was closed and left a note where the car was and the keys and told them to keep the car. They did not come get the car so I called CAC and told them to come get the car.

I explained the whole thing every time I called with a payment and they told me to talk with the dealer. Now he says he did not recieve the keys. At on time I took the car over to him and he gave me two tires to appease me. I told him why tires I need a car that runs. My credit is ruined again after I had to file bankrupsy because of a predatory lender. You can get scammed even when you know what to look for...
