I purchased a used Mercedes Benz from this dealer and this dealer did not offer me or provided me with the 30 days total warranty a dealer is suppose to provide on a used car according to the law. This was my first time buying a used car from a dealer and I found out about this later from another dealer that they are suppose to provide with 30 day total warranty.
Within 3 days I found out that the Rims of the car are damaged and when I contacted the dealer he offered to replace for free and kept my car for 2 weeks and then later told me he cannot do it for free and I would have to pay $750. I had no choice I agreed to pay. He put cheap rims in the car which were again damaged in 10 days.
Also when I got the car back from him the brakes started to make a loud screeching noise. I saw my trade in car at his dealership which I gave to him with new tires and he replaced them with old worn out tires. So I guess he took out the good brakes and put bad brakes in my car as he had a chance to work with the wheels. Replacing the brakes cost me $1200
Worse the RIM on the front left got completely damaged on hitting a pothole and the one back one got partial damage. He used the worst cheap RIMS. He said he got the RIMS for 1500 but I am sure that if he was not greedy and used quality product I would have given him more business. This guy got me into big trouble I almost got hit by a truck when my tire got busted in the middle of the road.
But be aware of this dealership Hillside Auto Imports. Go and buy a certified car from a dealer but don't buy from these guys.
