I was also a vicitim of this company's scam. The charge you $2.95 to run a VIN number and then three days later charge you $29.95 to "auto" enroll in future lookups. The website never alerts you to this; it simply shows up on your credit card. I called the company (PST) and Michelle told me that they would make an "exemption" this time and refund 50% of the $29.95 charge. When ask where, in their Terms & Conditions it told me about this charge, she couldn't direct me to that section. She simply told me it was on carvinhistory.com and I could look it up. Total Rip Off. Do not use this link to do a VIN search.
