This very evening Dec 30 We needed a V.I.N. Report on a used car. CarVINHistory.com said we could get it from them and it would be far better than any others, We signed up with all our information and got nothing. They say our account is disabled and we should contact them. We called them and we got an unintellegible run around. Still nothing worked. Called again and got a more elaborate run around blaming our credit card company. We called the card company and they said it was approved so that was a direct deception. We still have no VIN report and no access to our account at CarVINHistory.com. Now we are reading that they charge a monthly fee for an unauthorized account that is un useable and we never wanted. Now we see it is an obvious scam and a continuing fraud on everyone who signs up for this "service" at CarVINHistory.com
