They are advertising to give you a report of a car history based on the vin number of the car for only $2.95, but then they will charge you a $29.95 without informing you. The charge is not refundable after three days but the funny part is that the charge shows on your account after three days. When I have called them to see what is going on, first of all the customer service were really rude, even after calling them several times, I couldn't get a hold of a superviswer, then they told me it was already explained on the term of use, I asked them where in the term of use, cause I was already on the web site and reading it over and over, I even asked the person which line, or which paragraph. But they couldn't answer me so they hanged up on me. You can go to the web side (www.carvinhistory.com) and see it yourself, where on the terms (www.carvinhistory.com/terms.html) was explained that you will be charged additional $29.95 and you have three days to cancel. Not only there is nothing mentioned about $29.95 nor three days cancellation.
