The company carvinhistory is a scam. I went to the internet to search for vehicle history report and i picked carvinhistory.com website, as i can recall they had options one car report or multiple car report. I picked 1 car report for $2.95 paid by credit card and now I see $29.95 charges appear on my credit card monthly, it was never disclosed that there will be monthly charge... These guys are cheats... Scammers... The Utah government should close them down... There are several complaints on this company on the internet from various people... Why Utah allows this i dont know... These guys are crooks... Close them down utah...
