Billed twice for services not ordered, originally used this service for a single vehicle VIN # report when considering a vehicle purchase, carvinhistory site advertised a one report / one time use fee of $2.95.
I chose this service and payed using debit card on 12/24 on 12/29 i received a charge from carvinhistory for $29.95 then again on 1/30 for $29.95, I did not order either of these services and phoned the company for a refund only to be informed that i had agreed to the monthly billing of $29.95 I requested to speak with management on two occasions only to be told all amnagers were in meetings and unavailable and that company policy does not refund charges, I have received a cancellation number from them but no refund
