I purchased a 2001 Taurus. It was financed by Ford Motor
Credit. I have been making my payments on time. Due to
financial difficulties, I had to file bankruptcy, however, this did not effect my car payments.

The bankruptcy has since been discharged. Ford Credit has refused to send me a monthly billing statement. For a period of two years, I have not received a billing statement. Had I not called in to find out why I no longer received a statement, my car could have been repossessed because they had changed the address where my payments were to be sent.

I have repeatedly tried to contact to address this problem. Their policy allows them to discontinue a customer's billing statement at their discretion. Since I am maintaining timely payments, I don't see how filing bankruptcy has anything to do with receiving a copy of my montly statment.

My only method of keeping a check of my payments is to call Ford and request information about payments on my car. I have to make up my own envelopes to make my payments. I think this is a totally unfair situation!!!
