Ford Motor Credit
They had me send 2 payments and then had my 2000 chevy truck repoed. I had to pay off the remaining balance and still have not received my title. This was in November. Ripoff

I purchased a 2000 chevy pickup thru Ford motor Credit. After about three I had to file bankruptcy but I kept my truck. I was paying my notes until I got laid off then I got behind.

Then in september we had hurricane Rita at which time I was getting my unemployment started. So I talked to someone at ford motor credit about a letter telling me that I had to send two payments.

They gave me a date for a deadline so I called them and told that I would send it. They received it but did not post it to my account. And that resulted in my truck being repoed.

I had to pay off the remaining balance which was in the thousands of dollars. And to this day I still have not received my title to my truck. They keep giving me the run around.
