My husband nd I bought a car from earl tindol ford We purchased it in 1998. We paid money down and montly payments till my husband had a heartattack and stroke. I am teminally ill. Ford Motor took us to court to have the judge take it out of bankruptcy enen thought the bankruptcy was stll going on. Then they repossed it and sold it at an auction. We have not been lon that we had a house fire and have not even finished with refurnishing our house complettly which they are aware are Ford Moto Credit.
We have had the car sold at an auction and we paid down payment plus numerous payment since 1998 But they still say they have a judgement against us for 15,000 The orignal price of the car in 1998 even though we made all the payment and down payment They valued the car in bankruptcy court at 6,000 We have no car my husband is disabled and I am terminally ill. Have not much after the fire and they want my personal possesion I have not been able to go to any of my doctors appoints no bus line here they got the car my money and now they want my personal belongins plus lets not forget the whole value of the sticker price of 15,000 in 1998 PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FORD MOTOR CREDIT
