I'd like to report the Ford Motor Credit to the Usa Consumer Complaints.com.
I've been a loyal customer of the Ford Company for over fifteen (15) years.
And in the past 15 years I've never missed a payment.
In My son filed Bankruptcy and since I co-signed on my son's truck. I'm being penalized for this.
I've spoke on numerous occasions to the Ford Credit Department and on the phone the representatives have given me verbal approval to purchase a new car through any Ford Dealership. The Ford Representatives have told me that I won't suffer any high interest or payments due to my son's Bankruptcy.
That was a Lie. Ford Motor Credit personnel are misleading - Liar's.
I've tried repeatedly to purchase a new car and I've been unable to purchase any vehicle. Unless I'm willing to accept a high interest of (18% - 20%). And high payments. And I have a credit rating of 650. All this does is make more money for the greedy Ford Company and the all ready Ford Dealers.
I'm going to file a complaint with the F.B.I. Against the Ford Motor Credit Company.
Ford Motor Credit conducts Poor Business and they are conducting an act of Age Discrimination against Me because I'm 81 years old.
They're an unfair company and they are causing me a lot of stress and headaches.
