I arranged an automobile rental on priceline for collection on Nov 20th. After I reached airport, no pick up. After calling hotline a taxi was delivered to choose us up. I had been informed the pc was along, they'd provide me vehicle, but required me to create down my ssn#, birthdate, host to delivery and present target. The guy passed me an email pad, and requested for my charge card and identification to repeat. Within the part stood, what I thought to be always a lot clerk, who had been banging his mind. I had been informed that the creditcheck was required, plus they might get it done when, the computers returned up. It had been night and that Iam confident they desired to get home. I indicated my problem with supplying my identification, particularly when a reservation have been created, and charge card data supplied thru priceline. I named a taxi, area was a previous vehicle ton, several kilometers in the airport, and visited various other rental businesses, but no rentalcars were accessible as it was Thanksgiving Vacation. This deal was terminated. 2 nights later Priceline.com costs my card for $ 66.00. I've invested several hours to no avail, speaking with priceline.com employees. I've not gotten any Support, Item or Goodwill from Priceline.com, however am billed $66.00. I've approached the Rental Organization who says the cost is Priceline.com not theirs. Where's my cash... Support!!!
