I book a rental on Priceline "name your price" within a hour of the rental I called Priceline to inform them I couldn't pick the rental car up. Priceline refuses to refund the money I spoke to rental car agency "Avis" they informed me that they were not paid since I didn't pick up the car. I called Priceline everyday for the past week and they are sticking to their policy that its non cancel, non refundable and non changeable.
This is a ripoff for Priceline to keep the money even though the car wasn't pick up. I understand if this was the next day an I wanted to cancel but this was within the hour of booking the rental car. I'm going to call them everyday until I get my money. If I have to call for a year I will this crazy!
Priceline can't be that hard up to take people money in this type of economy.
