Hired an automobile in Phoenix, Arizona from Fox Rental-Car through Priceline.com. Priceline provided a Ford Explorer vehicle on the site. Whenever we reached Monk and confirmed our Priceline reservation, they informed us there have been no SUVs and only vehicles were available. We contact Priceline plus they believed to function it out with Monk which wound up charging people much more money. Priceline stated they'd deliver the criticism for their study division plus they might obtain a your hands on us in a few months. The study division stated these were not accountable per the agreement and we'd to cope with the rental company immediately. I'd not use Priceline.com again. I believe it was a baitandswitch strategy.
