I arranged an area on priceline.com. After obtaining what I believed was a great rate, I named the resort straight and discovered that parking overnight could be $27 along with the priceline rate. I named priceline and experimented with stop the reservation but priceline advised me that no discounts could be released under any conditions. It seems to become difficult to change any reservation made through priceline. Actually my charge card firm statements they could not challenge costs with priceline.
Moral of the tale - DoN't use priceline.com for resorts/motels without first checking using the real resort for probable hidden fees-not discussed with Priceline. Don't alter your ideas, or become sick after using priceline. The corporation has directed its workers to provide NO flexibility under any conditions.
