Long story short I booked my rental car through Priceline. I arrive at my destination, go to the counter to pick up my car. I am told the rental company will not honor the insurance I purchased through Priceline. Priceline did deduct the money for the insurance coverage from my account previous to me picking up the vehicle. So when I contacted Priceline, I was told it would not be corrected, I did not receive a refund, AND they hung up on me!
