I created resevation with Priceline to get a rental-car at Hilo Airport Hawaii. Required the reservation for that get be transferred to Kona on a single area for that same day and period. National carrental had no issues with change, but insisted that Priceline had a need to change concerns. Priceline mentioned they couldn't alter the concerns which the rental-car business had a need to alter the get area. Priceline declined to alter the get, provide me a credit or stop. BTW, I obtained a much better price heading straight to another vehicle rental site.

Today I understand why Priceline won't alter area get. Nationwide emailed me and explained when I don't get vehicle, they don't get any cost, meaning Priceline retains the whole quantity!!!
