I went to my local NTB store, here in Muncie, IN, to get the oil changed in my car. I use different oil (Mobil Clean 5000) so I brought my own filter, oil supplement. Mind you that I had this done 5k miles ago (last Dec.'09). There was a "new" service manager who informed me that a new "corporate rule" will not let NTB change oil that is brought in by a customer. I was willing to show him my receipt (O'Reilly's) but that wasn't good enough. Once again, your corporate policies have lost you ANOTHER customer - I went to Walmart, who had no problem charging me even more than NTB to change the oil I gave them to use! Your stupidity once reigns - I WILL tell others!
