If you buy expensive rainwear at Dicks, you can be sure to find a hole intentionally poked through it - near the center of your shoulder blades. THIS IS ACTUALLY CORPORATE STORE POLICY!
Dicks has a policy of pinning thei security tags in the middle of the back - of VERY EXPENSIVE Gore Tex Outerware. Other stores (with a clue) put these same tags at the end of a sleeve, etc where they don't poke a hole in a rainsuit!!! I've brought this up to several store managers who understand / agree but are not allowed to circumvent corporate security policy. I know that two store managers have contacted the corporate office, but Dicks is too big to raise this issue to somebody that can make a change.
I have tried their online customer complaint, and after 8 complaints - answered only with a BLANK email (apparently, their quality department checks only that the complaint gets an email returned - no content neccessary.
After no response whatsoever from Dicks Customer Service, I'm going here in desperation.
