I purchased a used engine for Chevy Express 2500. Based on their information, I purchased it on 12/11 for $850. I paid cash for it. I was told to make a deposit so that they can get it for us. I deposited $60 on 12/09 I was told the engine was 2001 and had 76800 miles on it. I was told it was tested and running. They warranty the engine for 6 months. When I took it to my auto shop, they checked the engine was older than 2001. The mechanic at A&S Auto Wrecking told us that the engine was from a 1999 and not a 2001. Also he told us that the engine had more than 100,000 miles on it and not 76800 as told by Billy, The engine head contains alot of water inside it, instead of spark plug, it was damaged and screwed onto a spacer. We took the engine back but now we are told they cannot refund our money and instead want to give us another engine. We have lost trust with them now since they mislead us into buying the engine and we dont want to do business with them anymore. I want my money back so that I can purchase it from somewhere else.
