I was a Platuim cardholder for over 30 years with this co. And spent litrally millions of dollars with them. When i went into semi - retirement and stop spending on the card (2 yrs ago) they closed my accounts no letters no reasons. There is no customer loyality with this co. And I SAY BOYCOTT AMERICAN EXPRESS - and put them out of business.
